How specialty pricing works
Every specialty job is different, so we price by labor, never flat-rate guessing.
- $65/hr per person, 2-person crew minimum, 4-hour minimum
- Condition levels assessed upfront and agreed in writing: Light (1x), Moderate (1.5x), Severe (2x)
- Disposal, dumpster, and PPE fees itemized separately, never hidden
- 20% deposit to book, balance on completion, 6-month payment plan available on jobs over $500
